Mira Resume respects your privacy. We collect information you provide directly, such as your email address, name, resume text, work experience, and job applications. We also collect usage data (IP address, browser user-agent, and feature usage analytics).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide ATS analysis, generate AI-optimized resumes, process subscription payments, send account notifications, and prevent abuse.

3. Data Sub-processors

We work with trusted third-party infrastructure providers ("Sub-processors") to power our services under strict confidentiality and security commitments:

  • Supabase Inc. — Database, authentication, and encrypted file storage
  • OpenRouter Inc. & Gemini API — Secure AI language model processing (PII is scrubbed prior to model processing)
  • Stripe Inc., PayPal Inc., LemonSqueezy, Razorpay — PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processing
  • Resend Inc. — Transactional email delivery (password resets, receipt confirmations)
  • Cloudflare Inc. — Content delivery network (CDN), DDoS mitigation, and performance RUM

4. Data Protection & Security

All data transmitted between your browser and Mira Resume is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3/SSL. Storage at rest is protected with AES-256 encryption. We never sell your personal data to advertisers.

5. Your Rights & Data Retention

You have the right to request export or complete deletion of your account and resume data at any time from your account settings or by contacting [email protected].
